We are a small business cabinet shop
Back on 2014 we bought our first CNC, and we started using Mozaik from first day.
I was so mad as how the software was performing and help desk was slow responding, after couple of on line sessions, and tens of questions we have posted at the forums site, today we are thrilled as how Mozaik came a long way pay attention to all our complaint, answering all technical questions posted by us at the forums site.
For example, ON 12/31/15 hours before the new year, I received a call from the support center responding to one of my questions posted at the forums site, and he told me we calling you to give fast solution because due to holiday time of operation, it is not OK to leave the customers waiting extended period and to help eliminate the down time.
It is over a year now and I am very happy with the product, we have automated a lots of products using Mozaik software thanks to all the support effort to make this great software.

That is good to hear, I know a few using it and have met the owners in my shop. these people know this software and cabinetmaking. it would surprise me to think different of them

Another Mozaik user here. Been on the train for about 8 months now and love it. Learning curve wasn't bad - I was able to figure just about everything out myself by searching the forums or watching the HUGE library of well thought out training videos. A few online training sessions helped as well. It has increased our ability to sell and build cabinets tremendously. Our first CNC should be here in a few weeks and I'm hopeful that our files will run as smooth as everything else has with the program.

Glad to hear you are happy now with the product. I was reluctant to sign up as i heard the support was slow and also that not all machines were compatible with the software.
Is anyone using this software with a SCM? if so, how is it working? thanks

We use mozaik with our SCM pratix S15B,

it took a bit of help from the SCM installer to get the source codes right as we had to mirror and flip our sheet (to Suit where we located the Stops) in the G-Code File, but once done worked amazingly.

the fact you can edit your post-processor (the mozaik team have done this for me for no extra charge too, and the changes were emailed back within 24 hours!) makes it all easier and less stressful.

barely anything in the program is locked away to prevent editing. all the stuff people like cabinet vision charge you to change.

Wanted to know how mozaik is performing since this post was created. Has the company improved a lot? I don't see much videos about new features in mozaik.

Same goes for polyboard, almost all youtube videos are around 4 years old. It doesn't give me confidence that polyboard in improving and adding new features or not.

The slowest response software. You will not get the answers you looking for. Lady by name Kelly will say only one recorded message " I will update you when I get something" you keep calling everyday for 3 to 4 weeks but you get the same answer. You can't talk to anyone else but Kelly. From last 4 days everyday she says post is ready you will get it before the end of the day.....everyday. After telling them we don't need any custom post, it's same as my brother's but they don't care. Finally decided KCD they said they will send the post in 48 hour and have us up and running.
