please tell me about router software information. my router is failing and cannot connect to the computer and can't get back into its original console it seems some router files have been lost and it can't work

Hi Trung,

I have been using computers since the game pong was released.

I have a lot of years in and the advice I think to give you and everyone else is that:

If you do not know how to back up your computers then stop and learn, and practice that before you jump into business software.

I have said it many times before. It's just getting worse, not better.

It takes less than a minute to get a back up image started, you can continue to work, and maybe 20 minutes later you have an image that you can restore that drive. In about the same 20 minutes.

I highly suggest you and everyone else who has put that aside because you are too busy or lack cash to use Macrium Reflect.

1 install the software on the machine
2 use that installed software interface to make a boot 4 or 8 gig USB drive.
3 use the installed software interface to image your drives to an external hard drive that is generally kept offline and used only for back ups.
4 learn how to make your machine boot with that USB drive and present to you its own interface screen with booting from it
5 use that that USB software interface and see if you can see or browse to the image back up on the external drive.

There you go.

For confirming, if you have the cash, by a new hard drive, remove your existing old one and replace it with the new one, and then boot and restore the image you just made to the new drive. Now you have two.

Right now, what you need to do is image that drive you have, even if it has been repartitioned, formatted, and new is installled. Data not specifically overwritten is still there even if you can't see it with standard Windows software. Don't mess mess with it until you have a snapshot of it or you may lose the means to get something back.

Those are decent machines and they ship with all kinds of software CNC software. Try calling Pratix and avoid being this situation by doing the 101 of backing your machines up. This is huge problem for many because they don't have back ups they can easily restore. Some of the people providing software will charge you through the nose and won't care if were in a disaster. That's their payday. Protect your investments. Good luck and take care.
