Shop Sabre CNC Routers9/21/18
Quick question about Shop Sabre. I am looking for feedback from anyone who owns one of the IS Series 5'X10' or 4'X8'. How is customer service after the purchase? Is the pump they sell good for sheet stock? How well the machine performs under cutting? Thanks in advance!
We have an IS 510 with 10hp spindle.
Service is good.
We have the 25 hp fpz. Holds parts well.
We cut 3/4 sheeting in one pass, 6-800 ipm.
Also use a similar brand machine,, 25HP fpz does the trick,
we run a relatively new shopsabre IS408 - it cuts great, just this morning i cut 20 sheets of prefinished maple VC plywood. after-purchase support is exceptional.
we run their F4 pump for sheet goods, it works well.
We have the pro model 408 and service has been spectacular for several years although the machine has been pretty much flawless so other than technical or operator issues we have never had to use service.
Just curious why we do not get any websites or business with most replies!
Maybe some of us are private people and just choose not to post detailed information? Or just because we dont want to?
Are you thinking this is some sort of manufacture conspiracy with fictitious responses propping up some bogus manufacturer?
I think most who post here regularly have pieced together who most people are.
Several of the most consistant contributors here post under alternate handles and frequently are referred to in posts by their first names.
Other than spammers this is the place fie 99.9% good info.
we have a shop sabre we would love to get rid of. we simply out grew the machine and need more capacity. see link for details.
