The german forum (with an english subforum) is not great. tons of spam posts and mostly german posts. i try to help out there when i can (using a homag). i've gotten more help on this forum than that one (or the older archived woodwop forum).

We no longer own a Weeke and I deleted a lot of the help files I had

I've often wondered why Stiles doesn't have one on their website. They have sold that unique machine for over 30 years.

Not sure if it's related to Stiles. My guess is that it's related to Weeke ( Homag ). This company does it's best to make sure you depend on them for service. Try to replace a spindle on a recent 5 axis Homag and you'll see. You even need to input spindle serial number or identification in the controller, you can't just replace the spindle. Of course, you need Homag support ( $$$ ) to enter the serial number in the controller. This way, they can charge you whatever they like. And they do. We own 4 differents CNC brand, Homag ( or Weeke ) will cost you at least double for repair and you can expect to have problem with these CNC as much as with other brand.

Led is not being used and operator did not turn on/off
