Anderson cnc

I work for a guitar mfg. in Northern California, we have 2 Anderson Stratos/Nest cncs in the winter I have consistent problems with photo sensor stops and it seems like its a thermal issue where there might be a loose connection somewhere and after the machine/building heats up the problem diminishes. Does anyone experience this issue and any suggestions would be helpful.

We run a couple of Andi's also, not the Stratos however. When we have issues we do our troubleshooting for a limited period of time, then we call Anderson directly. They know their machines and generally make suggestions quickly.
Let us know what you discover..

Point a radiant heater at the sensors in question on cold nights....
Could just be the sensors are getting old.
Do you have a wiring diagram?

We have started to leave power on overnight and have started to point a heater at the control box, I will try pointing the heater at the sensor towers themselves. Thank you for the input.
