SCM Pratix N15 Drilling Threshold

Hey, we have a SCM Pratix N15 cnc and we are having an issue with parts with boring in them being close enough to engage the gang drill to drill holes on both parts but the holes on one part will be out by at least 2.5mm which really messes with out part alignment. Does anyone know how to adjust the drilling threshold on the cnc for how close the drilling has to be before the gang drill will kick in? Where i would need to look to find this setting if there is one? Also anyone have a link for the the pratix n15 user manual so maybe i can look it up? Thanks for any info anyone can supply me!

Is this a problem that just started? Seems like your program is out if you are getting a difference of 2.5 mm.
What software are you using? Is it writing the G-code.

SCM used to have their manuals online, you just had to sign up and then log in and enter your serial number. I haven’t been on there website for quite awhile though.

If you need service, I only wish you luck as their service would rank somewhere beyond pathetic.

G-Code is outputting right. its when it hits the machine and it decides to use the multi drilling when there are some holes close to each other.
