Why my tooling is so close to my Clamp
2/20/24
Hi I have a Homag CNC. Everytime I am using a saw blade to cut material. The saw blade is moving over top of my clamp and sometime cause collision. I was wondering if I can set the blade or other tool stacks way up higher? Using woodwop to program the moment. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

I'd have to call Stiles. It's in a folder, but I'd spend a day looking for the text file to adjust the Z during a tool change.
Their tech support has been pretty good for me.

M06 is a fairly common tool change macro. See if there is an M6 or M06 macro in your files. Probably a .txt file but perhaps some other extension.
If the Z height is not in the M6 macro it still may give you a clue by calling up another macro where the Z height is located.

Inside WoodWOP under NC Generation options check your AVOID CLEARANCE value. It's probably defaulted to 20mm ... try doubling the value to 40mm
Also is your saw integrated in the drill bank or an aggregate?
If in the drill bank .. when you are drilling the saw blade is spinning and can interfere with clamps and or parts.
