LIke this? Yes. Holtzer? Not sure.Probably. You will have to check with their support and how you are outputting code. This was done with Alphacam.

No, i mean the path of travel is not parallel to x or y axis but at say 30 degrees.

Path direction doesn't matter. X, Y, or X and Y.
You can even cut on X,Y, and Z.

Sorry. Your machine is probably capable, but your post processor needs to support it. I can manually program that stuff if necessary, but I rarely need to. My post processor is pretty good. It can all be figured out with aggregate data, saw diameter, and saw kerf. Good luck.

quick question. How are you posting your code? Alphacam, Mastercam, or something else?

Dave,
I made a panel today and then I thought that this is what you were interested in. First saw cut is in X,Y and at a 16.7° angle.

Mike that is exactly what i want to do. I think the onboard saw is onlyx-y so i would need an aggregate head like yours.

I have two Benz Oil bath and 4 Atemag(Techniks) heads. Been pleased with all of them, but lately I prefer Atemag. They seem to sound better. You can't really go wrong with either.

Practically all the Atemag machines are suitable for an aggregate tool head, that`s why I love them
