Conquest 250 insufficient air pressure
10/20/24
I've recently moved my conquest 250 to a different shop location following the purchase of my company by a larger local cabinet shop. Since connecting to new power at new shop I’ve been getting “insufficient air pressure” messages after each program stops and also anytime air is used by another device on my system. In my new situation the router is the only machine being supplied air by my Kaesser compressor, which kept up with air demand on several machines plus the entire stain and finish department at my old shop. Does anybody know what pressure the 2 gauges at the back of the gantry should show while the machine is running? Can’t imagine that they were adjusted during the move but I also don’t know that they weren’t. I’m open to suggestions, any responses will be greatly appreciated.

If the gauges change during operation I'd look for a compressor issue.
Could it be a leak?
Also moving old CNCs create loose connections. Could be a loose wire on the sensor.

Do you know where to locate the sensor? My compressor is making plenty of air, and when I first turn it off when it’s quiet and still under pressure, I hear no leaks. This is why I think I’d start with the sensor suggestion.
Also, does anyone know what the air input gauges should read?
Thanks in advance for any input.

If you don't have a wiring diagram start tracing the air line coming into the machine. Should be fairly close to the beginning.
