Decent size shop currently running 3 Rover A routers.
We are going to rearrange our line to include a 6 sided boring machine. So CNC will only do cutting and line balancing boring.
Looking to run about 100 sheets a day, 4 days a week.
Cutting with 1/2" 3 flute at about 25m/m.

Thinking of moving to Anderson for routers.
My question is do you think the Selex would cut it or do I need to go to the Stratos line? $100K difference.

I would encourage you to take a look at the Kimla line of routers. They are very fast and accurate.

Hi Bob, I'm curious why 3 Rover As can't cut and drill 100 sheets per what sounds like a 10 hour day? How are you assembling your boxes?

Our Morbidelli x200 cuts and bores 4-5 sheet(5x8) per hour when we are doing kitchens. We use dowels to assemble and run at 22m/m with 3 flute 3/8 compression. Planning to ramp up to 25m/m as soon as upgrade the dust collector.

What 6 sided drilling machine are you planning to get?

There are numerous considerations when determining the linear cutting speed, a cnc can effectively be programmed to run. There are numerous factors to consider but one that is often disregarded is the acceleration/deceleration speed of the axis. There is more than one instance thatthe acceleration/deceleration speeds are too slow to cut at the maximum linear speeds the manufacturer advertises. You program spindle rpm and feed speed to provide the proper chipload to increase the tooling life. The chipload is incorrect when the cnc slows down for a corner or arc and consequently accelerates after completing the change of direction creating excessive heat on the tooling and decreasing its life.
The Selex uses a ball screw in the short with a rapid travel speed of 60m/min and a much slower acceleration/deceleration speed than the rack and pinion with a rapid travel speed of 80m/min in the long axis. I think a more appropriate speed for linear cutting on this machine is in the 20m/min range.
With all of that being said, if you have your heart set on an Anderson you should go with the Stratos Pro.

I run a Selexx 5x10 with offload. 100 a day is probably not going to happen. The stratos pro is capable of that though and and has some very good features. I�m 4 years with our Selexx and can�t say enough about what a great machine it is. We have zero issues with it, love the Fanuc controller.
