You don't state the degrees of arc or a chord length, but this is an easy one.
Bent laminations would be my first choice. Use wide piece of stock - 3" or more, and 1-5/8" or more in thickness. Mark the end of your stock with a pyramid so you can put the plies back in order after ripping. Rip out 1/8" plies, slowly and carefully, with a good blade. Avoid stops/burning. If you are exact, then you will need 12 plies. Put them back in their growth order and make your form.
Strike your radius - 32" - and chord length plus on a piece of 3/4" plywood. Fasten 2" high blocks 1/2" behind your stricken line, then add two layers of 2" wide, 1/4" thick MDF or plywood. You do not need fancy bending wood for this (or most) radii.
You can add a top ply at the 1/4" line if you would like to stiffen things. Be sure to have it the same width/length as the blocks, so you can rune clamps over the top of it with no problems.
We use epoxy when we want a rigid glue line. Plastic resin is nice but it needs 75 degrees or higher to set.
Above is "Bent lamination". Bill refers to "Brick Laid curves". Both are sound methods. Brick laid eliminates springback and and make a curve of almost any size. Bent lamination will have some springback but can be grain consistent if carved or cut into.
