Small Surface Cracks in Cherry Bookcase

I’m building 5 cherry bookcases that will be built-in. Somehow I didn't see some small surface cracks in the side of one unit that are no wider than about 1/32″ and anywhere from 1/2″ to 1″ long. All the parts of the bookcases are glued up of narrower boards so these cracks are limited to one section. I know that this could be the result of how they were dried in the kiln, but the thing I need to know is now that the wood is stabilized indoors, will more cracks just start showing up after coming out of the finishing room? I’ve filled some of them with cyanoacrylate using that technique from bowl turning as a way to stabilize them .Thanks for your help, this is a first for me.

"It is the nature of wood to harbor these little surprises" or some version of this is what I would say if the customer pointed them out. I have said it more than once.
The thing is, don't treat them as a defect or problem, just something that happens and once discovered, you performed a good fix. You even consulted a board of experts (Woodweb) for information. Time to move on.
