I’m certain this question has been posted here so many ways so many times. However, I’m starting it again so I can get all the feedback in one thread rather than multiples. Thanks in advance for your input.
We are running beam saws, table saws, chop saws, routers, CNC (nest & PTP) moulders, etc. Our dust collection is sucking up everything. We are dealing with hard woods, particle boards, MDF, plywood, melamine, plastic laminate, plexi, FRP, sintra, and you name it. If it goes into a retail environment we are gutting it and sucking up the scrap and we are throwing away the waste.
Aluminum and metals get recycled accordingly. Hazardous gets recycled accordingly.
We are trying to figure out the best way to dispose of the things that go through dust collection where the non dust scrap is hitting the dumpster. So that would be plywood, mdf, particle board, melamine, plastic laminate, plexi, sintra, etc. what are you guys doing with those dumpster type scraps? I’m sure there is a better way to dispose.
I don’t think those materials can become bricks or pellets. So what are you doing with them?
