Dear Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out to report an issue with our SELCO EB80 machine, purchased in 2004, and to seek your technical assistance. Below are the machine's specifications for your reference:
Machine Specifications:
Model: SELCO EB80
Serial Number: 36736
Year of Construction: 2004
Air Supply: 7 BAR
Suction Flow Rate: 30 m/sec
Weight: 3950 kg
Power Supply Voltage: 380 VAC
Rated Current: 36 A
Number of Power Supply Phases: 3
Power: 19 kW
Frequency: 50 Hz
Circuit Capacity: Suitable for circuits delivering up to 10 kA RMS sym at the power supply voltage
Issue Description:
During routine checks, we identified a problem with the analog output A01, which controls the speed of the pusher during its movement. The output voltage of this analog channel is unstable and fluctuates, causing irregular displacement and noticeable vibrations in the pusher motor.
Technical Details:
The output voltage of analog channel A01 fluctuates between 0.67 V and 0.58 V during the pusher's movement.
This fluctuation leads to inconsistent movement and vibration of the pusher motor.
Actions Taken:
We performed a thorough inspection of the machine, including the drive and other related components.
All checked components appear to be functioning correctly, and no faults were detected.
The issue seems isolated to the HSD P250A analog output card, but we are unsure if this card needs to be replaced or if further troubleshooting is required.
Request for Guidance:
We would appreciate your input and expertise in resolving this issue. Specifically:
Are there specific tests or diagnostics you recommend to confirm if the issue lies with the HSD P250A analog output card?
If the card requires replacement, could you confirm the appropriate replacement part number and availability?
Could improper calibration of the analog output cause this issue? If so, how should we proceed to recalibrate the system?
Are there any software updates, settings, or parameters we should review or adjust to stabilize the analog output?
Could you provide a troubleshooting guide or diagnostic checklist specific to this issue?
Is it possible that environmental factors (e.g., temperature, vibration) could cause the fluctuation?
Could this issue be related to an electrical interference or grounding problem?
Additional Support:
If necessary, we are happy to provide additional data, photos, or videos to assist with diagnostics.
We look forward to hearing your insights and appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do from our end to support the troubleshooting process.
Thank you for your time and expertise.
